At Meadowlark Jewellery, we want you to be completely enamored with your new pieces. If you are not entirely satisfied, we offer returns or exchanges on all non-custom items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully place the jewellery in its original branded box and velvet pouch to ensure it is protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our artisans verify the item's condition, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
